Cost is a key issue for every small organisation. You don’t want to spend any more than you absolutely need to.
However the hidden cost of the time small organisations are required by Government to spend on PAYE and other employment rights and issues has been calculated in a recent survey by the University of Bath at £288 per employee a year. This is considerably more than the cost of using our service, which is effectively free for up to three employees*.
If you use an accountant or bookkeeper to do your payroll then it may cost you considerably more - for a less complete service. Bear in mind also that they are generalists while we are specialists in payroll. After all, you wouldn't expect your GP to do heart surgery!
